E – BILLING / SMS ALERT SERVICE TO KW&SB CONSUMERS

Karachi water and sewerage Board has introduced the E-billing/E-Complaints and SMS alerts facility to its consumers,In this regard a presentation has been made at customer care center/complaint cell 9th mile Karsaz Senior Officers of IT and billing department.

Karachi – This service is a part of KWSB high Tech E-billing facility by just downloading and print to collect your water bill from your personal PC ,a consumer does not have to wait for the routine bill to arrive,arrangements have already been made and  all bank branches are informed to receive the printed copy of bills.

Our alternate billing facility has a lot more to offer ,In case you don’t have to print bill you can just provide or present  14 digit KW&Sb consumer number at any Nadra e Sahulat  franchise,UBL OMNI outlet ,Easy paisa shop ,1 link ATM or any branch of NIB bank , upon which you will get a receipt of your payment .

A consumer can also register a complaint  regarding shortage or non availability , supply of water ,over flow of sewerage through E-complaint or SMS alert service.
