Twin Blasts Hit Jaffer Express in Quetta

QUETTA: At least four passengers were killed and 12 others sustained injuries when twin blasts hit Jaffer Express heading to Rawalpindi on Friday.

Two consecutive bombs rigged to the railway track in Quetta blew up Friday morning when Rawalpindi-bound Jaffer Express was passing through near Machh.

Security personnel including FC arrived in the spot and cordoned off the blast site. Bomb Disposal Squad has also been called in.

Ten wounded passengers have been shifted to the nearby hospitals including Civil Hospital, Quetta, where two of them are said to in critical state.
